White clay heart stamped with Love You Mum. Comes complete with a little personalised heart which can be stamped with initials or a date.
The heart measures 6cm (2 3/8 inches) across, and can be hung with your choice of twine colour.
It is made from white clay and will be beautifully gift wrapped in a box as shown (box colour may vary).
There is no extra charge for personalising the mini-heart. Just add your personalisation details to the order form. I can also enlarge the heart tag slightly to fit a short name of up to 5 letters.
These gifts are entirely hand made so each one is individual and personal to you.
